We currently have a Men’s Residential Treatment Facility and a Women’s Residential Treatment Facility. Right now, our Men’s Home has over 60 students. The Women’s Home building is about one fourth of the size of our Men’s Home which has always been sufficient; but in the last six months, our Ladies’ Program has grown to almost 40 women living in sixteen small bedrooms with only five showers. Within a short time, we found ourselves desperately needing more space and amenities.
The Lord has promised to meet our needs, and an incredible opportunity opened up for us to purchase a former nursing home in a wooded area surrounded by corn fields. This property would be ideal for all of the women still urgently trying to get into our program!
It is uniquely fitted to the growth of our ministry! It has 40 bedrooms, space for an apartment for the Stewards, a commercial kitchen, and a courtyard…but we need to raise $200,000 to make this opportunity a reality! We are asking people to help us buy this beautiful home by investing through a monetary gift. Following the purchase, we will also raise additional funds for the remodeling.
This dream-home is going to go quickly at this price. So far, we have raised $125,000. We only need $75,000 more in order to enter into a contract to purchase. We are trying to raise commitments that will need to be sent in the next 30 days or so in order to qualify to sign the contracts. Can you help us purchase this building?
